Pelestat is truly unique in anti-static technology. Our special alloy
- type polymers make Pelestat the number one choice for use in a variety
of thermoplastic base resin systems. Unlike typical chemical additives,
Pelestat is a true IDP (Inherent Dissipative Polymer) based on polyamide
or polyolefin with special polyether segments. 
Pelestat actually forms a conductive polymer matrix in the host thermoplastic.
With proper processing procedures, users can obtain products with permanent
moisture independent static dissipation levels of 109
to 1012 ohms/sq surface resistivity.
Our state-of-the-art formulations consistently deliver clean, repeatable,
static dissipation control in even the most demanding applications without
affecting the mechanical properties of your base resin.
Product Descriptions
Pelestat NC6321 - Pelestat NC6321
is a high performance permanent anti-stat additive that gives moisture
independent static dissipation in ABS, PS, HIPS, Acetal, Nylon, PBT,
PETG, etc.. This particular low chloride NC6321 is specifically designed
for use in clean rooms, electronic packaging and disk drive component
system applications. NC6321 requires a compounding process before injection
molding or extrusion.
Benefits -
Permanent static dissipation. Not effected by washing, moisture, or
humidity.
Pelestat NC7530
- Pelestat NC7530 is a similar high performance anti-stat pellet as
the NC6321, however the refractive index has been tailored to match
clarity of most transparent ABS. This means formulators have the ability
to compound an anti-stat clear resin that is also permanent in static
dissipation. NC7530 requires a compounding process before injection
molding or extrusion.
Benefits - Ability
to design and maintain a clear permanent anti-stat resin system. Not
effected by washing, moisture, or humidity.
Pelestat 300
- Pelestat 300 was just developed using cutting edge technology that
gives moisture independent static dissipation in polyolefins. Pelestat
300 can be processed by injection molding, extrusion or blow molding
without compounding because of its excellent compatibility with polyolefins.
Benefits - Ability
to eliminate compounding process. Not effected by washing, moisture,
or humidity.
